It’s time to carb up, cause @EchoChamberFP this week is coming at you with a 'THREE Parter'!!!
In 'Part ONE' we start things off with some murder thoughts around the dinner table via OC House, Chroma we have some romance adapted to the BIG screen from a best selling book from Heartbones Entertainment, Little Engine Productions, Universal Pictures. A head of its sequel we jump back to 2019 for some games with a deadly edge. THEN, in the cinema we revisit Grace for another deadly game via Mythology Entertainment, Vinson Films, Radio Silence Productions, Fox Searchlight Pictures. And we have another Andy Weir book adaptation that delves further than Mars, but can it hit the same heights Lord Miller Productions, Pascal Pictures, Open Invite Films, Waypoint Entertainment, Amazon MGM Studios, Sony Pictures Releasing International.
'Dinner To Die For' is the feature directorial debut from Diana Mills Smith, who co-wrote with Orr Koren & Cameron Scott. Hannah (Shamilla Miller), a culinary photographer, and her friend Evan (Steven John Ward) share a passion for true crime content. When Evan suggests role playing their own true crime scenario involving a killer meal and the girl next door (Nina Erasmus @n.ina93), things take a twisted turn.
'Reminders of Him' is directed by Vanessa Caswill, and written by Colleen Hoover & Lauren Levine, based on Colleen Hoover's 2022 book of the same name. After prison, a woman (Maika Monroe) attempts to reconnect with her young daughter (Zoe Kosovic) but faces resistance from everyone (Lauren Graham, Bradley Whitford) except a bar owner (Tyriq Withers) with ties to her child. As they grow closer, she must confront her past mistakes to build a hopeful future.
'Ready or Not' is directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett, and written by Guy Busick & R. Christopher Murphy. A young bride (Samara Weaving) is hunted by her spouse's (Mark O'Brien @markobrienforeal) wealthy family (Henry Czerny, Andie MacDowell, Melanie Scrofano, Kristian Bruun, Elyse Levesque, Nicky Guadagni, Andrew Anthony, Liam McDonald, Ethan Tavares) as part of a wedding night ritual to worship the Devil.
'Ready or Not 2: Here I Come' is directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett, and written by Guy Busick & R. Christopher Murphy. After surviving one deadly game, Grace (Samara Weaving) and her sister Faith (Kathryn Newton) must now outrun four rival families (Kevin Durand, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Shawn Hatosy, Dan Beirne, Néstor Carbonell, Juan Pablo Romero, Maia Jae, Olivia Cheng, Antony Hall, Nadeem Umar-Khitab, Varun Saranga, Masa Lizdek) competing for a powerful throne - winner takes all.
'Project Hail Mary' is directed by Phil Lord & Christopher Miller, and written by Drew Goddard, based on Andy Weir's 2021 book of the same name. Science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up alone on a spaceship light-years from Earth. As his memory returns, he uncovers a mission to stop a mysterious substance killing the sun, and save Earth. An unexpected friendship (James Ortiz, Ray Porter) may be the key.
